Art Appreciation/ Art For Self-Awareness


This workshop helps participants to view art in new way and to re-build their relationship with art. Art is no longer a skill that we can or cannot master, but a tool for us to express our inner voices, to explore our self-awareness, and to build better and deeper relationships with ourselves and others we encounter in our lives.

By providing an accepting, trusting and non-judgmental environment, participants are allowed to have an unique experience with the therapeutic effects of arts, including release of daily stresses, increased self-awareness and self-acceptance, enhanced experience with positive emotions. This workshop is suitable for both children and adults.
